Arts or Crafts Exhibits Policy

 

It shall be the policy of the Bellevue Public Livrary Board that local or area artistic/craft displays will be allowed on a rotational basis unless approved by the library board.  The artist's name and phone number may be displayed with the exhibit. Setting up and taking down must be performed by the exhibitor. The scheduling of the art/craft exhibits is at the discretion of the library director. 

The library board assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or broken items. The exhibitor may be asked to sign a release waiver stating that he/she agrees to all the conditions contained herein.
